¿Si se decidió hacer la denuncia después de haber concluido las investigaciones internas, y asumiendo que la Ley Monetaria y Financiera somete a las EIFs a que sus decisiones provengan de un Gobierno Corporativo, sería importante conocer cuál fue la opinión o recomendaciones del Área o Comité de Riesgo de la entidad, ya que dicha eventualidad expone la reputación y la imagen del Banco Ademi?
¿Cuál sería la responsabilidad colateral o de cobertura de la compañía aseguradora que respalda los valores o el efectivo del banco, ya que ellos mismo han asumido una deficiencia de políticas y controles internos?.
¿Qué sanción impondría la SIB como organismo regulador y si está pérdida fue reportada de manera oportuna y a tiempo a este organismo que regula las operaciones de la EIF´s.?
La población y los usuarios merecen una explicación clara, tanto por parte de los organismos reguladores del sistema como de las autoridades del Banco Ademi.
