Linc entrega Certificación Coach como Agente de Transformación en la FT, en este cónclave que contó con la participación de la vicepresidenta, Raquel Peña

Santo Domingo.- La vicepresidenta Raquel Peña manifestó que el Instituto Nacional de Formación Técnico Profesional (INFOTEP) se ha planteado una formación adaptada a los avances tecnológicos que demandan los nuevos tiempos.

Expuso que este plan de transformación involucra de manera estratégica a los formadores, quienes en esa coyuntura serán evaluados y entrenados para responder a las actuales necesidades.

Peña hizo estas declaraciones en el seminario internacional Transformación Docente 4.0, realizado por el INFOTEP, con el propósito de analizar un nuevo modelo de desarrollo profesional para preparar a los docentes del futuro.

Sostuvo que esta iniciativa de transformación docente revela, además, cómo el gobierno encabezado por el presidente Luis Abinader da continuidad a sus planes y pone en práctica las recomendaciones producto de la participación ciudadana, puesto que el programa se deriva de las conclusiones de la Consulta Nacional sobre el Futuro de la Formación Técnica Profesional que se llevó a cabo recientemente.
En dos conferencias dictadas en este seminario internacional, fue abordado el tema sobre una cultura de innovación basada en la confianza, la equidad y la autogestión.

En ese escenario, también se entregó la certificación de Coach como Agente de Transformación en la Formación Técnico Profesional, a 105 formadores de formadores del INFOTEP.

Al explicar el propósito del seminario internacional, el director general del INFOTEP, Rafael Santos Badía, dijo que se busca socializar con la comunidad educativa el programa Transformación Docente 4.0 que lleva a cabo la institución, con base al modelo de cambio generativo, para continuar con el proceso de actualización que se inició a partir de la Gran Consulta Nacional.

“Este seminario forma parte medular de los retos que se ha propuesto la institución para incorporar plenamente sus objetivos operacionales, conforme a su Plan Estratégico, su Plan Operativo, al esquema formativo de la Cuarta Revolución Industrial”, expresó Santos Badía.

Dijo que el programa Transformación Docente 4.0 fue creado con el propósito de dar respuesta a las recomendaciones y conclusiones de la Consulta Nacional sobre el Futuro de la Formación Técnica Profesional y a los desafíos de la Industria 4.0 para diseñar un nuevo perfil del docente y del personal que está relacionado con la calidad de los procesos enseñanza y aprendizaje.

Conferencias
En el seminario se dictaron las conferencias Desarrollo Profesional de la Próxima Generación, para la Autogestión e Innovación Educativa y el Modelo de Cambio Generativo como Motor de la Transformación de la Formación Técnico Profesional, a cargo de Sandra Noguera Glen, directora general de The Learning Innovation Catalyst (LINC) para Latinoamérica y Jaime Pales, co-director general.

Noguera Glen expuso que el gran reto de los docentes es brindar a los estudiantes una formación apta para ser exitosos en el mundo que los espera y planteó la necesidad de un nuevo modelo de desarrollo profesional para preparar al docente del futuro.

“El maestro futurista es adaptativo, reflexivo, innovador, creativo, colaborador, autogestor, empático y solucionador de retos”, detalló la expositora, al tiempo que sostuvo que el educador necesita apoyo y entrenamiento de alta calidad para cambiar su práctica.

Entre las características del modelo de desarrollo profesional de la próxima generación citó que brinda experiencias significativas que motiven al maestro a querer aprender e innovar en su práctica; ofrece experiencias personalizadas que tienen en cuenta el contexto, interés, necesidad y la experiencia del maestro.

Asimismo, contempla que el aprendizaje innovador se evidencie en el aula, conduciendo al maestro a un proceso de interiorización constante.

La Transformación de la Formación

En su exposición, Jaime Palés se refirió a cómo las carreras y los trabajos van a cambiar dramáticamente en los próximos años debido a los avances en la tecnología y en los medios de comunicación.

“Para esto, necesitamos desarrollar unas mentalidades y competencias muy distintas en los seres humanos. Debemos tener un gran sentido de urgencia en cuanto a la transformación de la formación”, expuso.

Explicó que, para poder desarrollar las destrezas para asegurar éxito en los jóvenes, es necesario preparar a los docentes y que LINC, en colaboración con la doctora Arnetha Ball de la Universidad de Stanford, desarrolló el Modelo de Cambio Generativo, un modelo de desarrollo profesional que lleva a los docentes y sus estudiantes a desarrollar generatividad, la competencia más importante del Siglo XXI.

La generatividad es la habilidad de ser un autogestor de aprendizaje y un solucionador de problemas creativo y efectivo.

El modelo, que está fundamentado en 25 años de investigación en la ciencia del aprendizaje humano, contempla todas las fases de aprendizaje de las personas y cómo facilitar cada una de ellas, señaló el expositor.

En la charla El Modelo de Cambio Generativo como Motor de la Transformación de la Formación Técnico Profesional, Pales detalló cómo los docentes deben pasar de ser comunicadores de contenidos a solucionadores de retos pedagógicos capaces de transformar cada estudiante en sus aulas.

La Certificación
Al referirse a la entrega de la certificación Coach como Agente de Transformación en la Formación Técnico Profesional, el director del INFOTEP manifestó que estos profesionales tendrán la responsabilidad de transferir el modelo metodológico de enseñanza establecido, sentando las bases para transitar hacia el esquema innovador, creativo, autogestionario, personalizado y pertinente.

Santos Badía anunció que, en una segunda fase del programa, prevista para este año 2022, unos tres mil docentes serán actualizados en estrategias metodológicas innovadoras, tales como modelos de aprendizaje combinado, comunidades de aprendizajes, realidad virtual y aumentada y gamificación.

Programa Transformación Docente

Desde la Dirección de Innovación y Desarrollo, que encabeza Maura Corporán, se ha puesto en marcha el programa Transformación Docente 4.0, que contribuye con la mejora de las competencias de todos los docentes y ha propiciado las condiciones para que el INFOTEP afronte con éxito los desafíos presentes y futuros que tiene la formación técnica en materia.

Este programa inició hace cinco meses con el apoyo de la empresa The Learning Innovation Catalyst y concluyó con la entrega de la certificación internacional Coach Agente de Transformación y Modelo de Cambio Generativo.
