Las consecuencias de la pandemia que redujo la producción de bienes y servicios en muchos países al suspender en unos casos y despedir trabajadores en otro, provocó un encarecimiento de sus precios fruto de la ley de oferta y demanda, en un mercado mundial caracterizado por la especulación.
“Elevado los precios de las materias primas y costos de fletes, restringida la cadena de suministro por la especulación, no hay dudas que el resultado iba a ser un incremento de los precios de servicios y alimentos.
Sin embargo, parece llegada la hora de transparentar costos y precios, sobre todo en el área de los combustibles, cargados de impuestos que por necesidad hay que revisar para conseguir una rebaja de sus costos para lograr una disminución de los costos de la comida y servicios.
Esa política de aclarar los precios no solo puede ser una iniciativa del gobierno, debe ser un compromiso de empleadores, comerciantes y productores, para aliviar la carga que cada día se coloca en los hombros de la mayoría de la población que reclama justicia en ese sentido.
La CNTD expresa su disposición de contribuir a buscar las salidas que sean necesarias para que la inflación no solo ataque a los trabajadores y grupos vulnerables de la sociedad.
