Informa que en tan solo 18 meses gobierno ha entregado más de 25 mil títulos de propiedad
El vocero y director de Estrategia y Comunicación de la Presidencia, Homero Figueroa, se refirió este lunes al Plan Nacional de Titulación de Terrenos del Estado y reiteró que la actual gestión de gobierno ha entregado más de 25 mil títulos de propiedad en apenas 18 meses.
A través de su cuenta de Twitter, Figueroa niega además que la emisión de cada título represente un costo de 80 mil pesos para el Estado dominicano, como indicó el ex director de la Comisión Permanente de Titulación de Terrenos del Estado, José Dantés, miembro del Partido de la Liberación Dominicana (PLD).
“La ejecución eficiente de todo el proceso redujo el costo promedio de emisión de certificados desde RD$5,000, en la administración pasada, hasta sólo RD$3,570.87, en la administración actual”, público el funcionario.
Con esta afirmación se destaca la eficiencia en los procesos de esta administración con miras a ahorrar los recursos públicos.
Figueroa recordó también que con la entrega de cada uno de estos certificados de título, se da la oportunidad a cada beneficiado de tener un techo propio y poder elevar su calidad de vida.
“El Gobierno del presidente Luis Abinader quiere desarrollar una sociedad de propietarios. El Plan Nacional de Titulación de Terrenos del Estado ha permitido la entrega de 25,172 certificados de títulos en dieciocho meses”.
