Banco Fihogar anuncia tarjeta Virtual en alianza con visa

Visa Virtual, que dispondrá de tecnología de tokenización y funcionalidades que agregan altos estándares de seguridad, será emitida en forma instantánea desde la aplicación Reset, una innovación lanzada por el banco en 2020.

SANTO DOMINGO, República Dominicana. Banco Fihogar anunció la alianza con Visa, para crear una tarjeta virtual de emisión instantánea dentro de la aplicación Reset, la billetera cien por ciento digital puesta en vigencia por la entidad bancaria en 2020.

El nuevo producto financiero dispondrá de tecnología de tokenización y funcionalidades que agregan altos estándares de seguridad, como CVV dinámico, control de transacciones, activación bloqueo, que permitirán al usuario autogestionar sus productos de manera confiable.

Alan Muñoz, vicepresidente ejecutivo de Banco Fihogar, explicó que con la tarjeta virtual se podrán realizar compras en Internet, pagos de servicios recurrentes con suscripciones como aplicaciones para ver películas o escuchar música, entre otros.

También se podrán realizar pagos en comercios con tecnología sin contacto para brindar una experiencia más satisfactoria, ágil y segura a los usuarios.

“En Visa estamos comprometidos a seguir ampliando el acceso al sistema financiero por medio de soluciones de pago que le brindan rapidez, conveniencia y seguridad a los consumidores,” comentó Sofia Antor, gerente general de Visa en República Dominicana. “Soluciones como Visa Virtual son reflejo de este compromiso, ya que brinda posibilidades financieras y beneficios que conectan a más personas, en todas partes.”

Banco Fihogar trabaja junto a Visa una serie de productos innovadores para el mercado dominicano con el objetivo de seguir apostando al desarrollo de servicios 100% digitales en la banca.

Actualmente la entidad financiera se encuentra en el proceso de lanzamiento de sus tarjetas físicas de débito y prepago Visa, utilizando tecnología de punta con altos estándares de seguridad y más control para el usuario.
