Presidente Abinader afirma con jornadas «Primero Tú» Gobierno llega al corazón de los barrios

El mandatario felicitó al ministro Neney Cabrera por el arduo trabajo para lograr el éxito que ha tenido esta iniciativa

Santiago, RD. – El presidente Luis Abinader afirmó este miércoles que con las jornadas de Inclusión social «Primero Tu» el Gobierno llega al corazón de los barrios más vulnerables, donde realmente la gente necesita la mano solidaria del gobierno.

Abinader sostuvo que “esta es una iniciativa que hacemos en beneficio de ustedes, para buscar soluciones a los problemas que más les afectan”.

El primer mandatario habló durante el inicio de una jornada de inclusión social de la Dirección de Proyectos Estratégico y Programas Especiales de la Presidencia (Propeep), en la escuela primaria profesora Emma Balaguer, de Santiago Oeste (Cien Fuegos), provincia Santiago, dónde además destacó la importancia de que servicios esenciales del Estado sean llevados a las distintas comunidades, sobre todo a las más vulnerables del país.

«Este es un esfuerzo que hacemos, para que sus problemas sean resueltos por las diferentes instituciones que aquí convergen y que a veces es difícil conseguir en los sectores», expresó el mandatario, durante el recorrido que realizó por los módulos donde son ofrecidos los servicios.

El Jefe de Estado felicitó al ministro Neney Cabrera, a los colaboradores de Propeep, y al personal de las distintas instituciones que están trabajando para la materialización y lograr el éxito que han tenido estas jornadas.

Esta es la décimo tercera Jornada que se realiza, este año, a través del Plan Nacional de Reducción de la Pobreza Extrema y Promoción de la Inclusión Social “Dominicana Digna” que implementa Propeep, y la segunda a la que asiste el presidente Luis Abinader esta semana.

En la actividad, el presidente Abinader estuvo acompañado de los ministros Neney Cabrera, de Propeep; de Daniel Rivera, de Salud Pública, y José Ignacio Paliza, Administrativo de la Presidencia, así como de otros funcionarios y autoridades provinciales y municipales.

De su lado, el ministro Neney Cabrera reiteró que esas jornadas tienen como propósito identificar las necesidades de los sectores más empobrecidos del país, con el objetivo de contribuir a mejorar sus condiciones de vida.

«Quiero que sepan que ustedes cuentan con el apoyo del presidente Luis Abinader, quien está pendiente de estos operativos y nos ha dado instrucciones precisas de que no escatimemos esfuerzos para que estas jornadas lleguen a todas las comunidades del país, en especial a las más necesitadas”, expresó Neney Cabrera.

Jornadas ayudan a disminuir muertes materno-infantil

Mientras que el ministro Daniel Rivera destacó la importancia de estas jornadas para la salud de la gente, ya que aporta servicios fundamentales como atención a la primera infancia y a las embarazadas, lo que consideró un aporte significativo para disminuir la mortalidad materno-infantil.

En lo que respecta al registro tardío, que también son diligenciados en las jornadas, Rivera señaló que ayuda a que cada ciudadano pueda tener una identidad y poder acceder a otros servicios, que contribuyen a mejorar su salud, cómo el Senasa.

Destacó el esfuerzo del presidente Abinader y del ministro Neney Cabrera de llevar esas jornadas a las comunidades, lo que lleva salud y tranquilidad a los distintos sectores de la población.

Servicios e instituciones

Durante la jornada se ofrecieron servicios de oftalmología, odontología, medicina general, de cardiología, análisis para la detección del cáncer de mama, próstata y cérvico uterino, entre otras especialidades.

Además se registraron jóvenes para su ingreso el programa de primer empleo y optar por una beca para estudiar carreras técnicas en el ITLA, en las Escuelas Vocacionales de las FF.AA. y la Policía Nacional y en INFOTEP.

Asimismo, el registro de adultos y envejecientes para recibir pensiones solidarias, la tarjeta Supérate, el registro tardío en la JCE, y se entregaron medicamentos, y kits nutritivos a embarazadas y a los asistentes, a la vez, se les distribuyeron miles de raciones alimenticias cocidas y el combo del INESPRE con productos de la canasta básica.

Entidades que participan de las jornadas

En las jornadas participan además, Promese-Cal, el Instituto de Estabilización de Precios (INESPRE), el Seguro Nacional de Salud (SENASA), el Consejo Nacional de la Discapacidad (CONADIS); el Consejo Nacional Para Envejeciente (CONAPE), el Servicio Nacional de Salud (SNS) y los Comedores Económicos de la Presidencia.

También el Ministerio de Trabajo, el Instituto Nacional de Integración de Atención de la Primera Infancia (INAIPI), el Instituto Nacional de Formación Técnico Profesional (INFOTEP), las Escuelas Vocacionales de las Fuerzas Armadas y de la Policía Nacional, la Policía Juvenil Comunitaria, la Junta Central Electoral (JCE) y el Instituto Tecnológico de las Américas (ITLA).

Asistentes

Estuvieron presentes también, Eduardo Estrella, senador de la provincia; doctor Mario Lama, director del Servicio Nacional de Salud (SNS), así como Ulises Rodríguez, director de Proindustria, Rosa Santos, gobernadora civil; Eddy Báez, director del distrito municipal de Santiago Oeste (Cien Fuegos), Andrés Cueto, gerente General de Edenorte, entre otros funcionarios civiles y militares.
