Cabral, Barahona.-El periodista Rhené Miranda hizo público un videos y fotos en el momentos que un incendio consumía una zona del área protegida Laguna de Rincón o Cabral.

Miranda quien es conocido periodista y agrónomo conservacionista atribuyó el crimen ambiental a manos de desaprensivos que no tienen respeto por el medio ambiente, al hacer pública su denuncia el periodista fue contactado por la redacción de pulsodelsur.net después de haber realizado una publicación en su perfil de la red social Fabook.

“Esto solo sucede en un municipio con mucha normalidad donde sus compueblanos no tienen visión de proteger, conservar un recurso sostenible, a través del tiempo de generación en generación, lo que naturaleza no has dado, solo destruir lo nuestro para después reclamar que no hay autoridades es lo más simple y, es una constante en esta población. “No hay autoridades” Este hermoso espectáculo sucedió la tarde de ayer sábado donde personas desaprensivas prendieron fuego la parte oeste de la Laguna, donde existe la mayor biodiversidad de especie flora y fauna. Es una contante que esto suceda en nuestro y hermoso pueblo de cachuas, rico en recurso hidrológico, exportador de atletas de primera categoría, el mayor productor de tilapias, el que mejor prepara las habichuelas con dulce, dulce y otras bellezas naturales que el Dios todo poderoso le ha dado a esta tierra de Cabral de cultura diversa ”.

Se recuerda que esta es una práctica recurrente en ese humedal y que la falta de personal, así como de equipos para la vigilancia del parque es cada vez más notoria.
