Primera Dama asiste a XVI Cena de Gala Empresarial de la Confraternidad, de la parroquia San Antonio de Padua

La Primera Dama, Cándida Montilla de Medina, asistió como invitada especial a la XVI versión de la Cena de Gala Empresarial de la Confraternidad de la parroquia evangelizadora mediática de San Antonio de Padua.

Recibieron a Montilla de Medina el arzobispo metropolitano de Santo Domingo monseñor Francisco Ozoria Acosta y el párroco de la iglesia San Antonio de Padua, reverendo padre Kennedy Rodríguez Montes de Oca.

La Familia, Cuna del Éxito

La tradicional cena realizada en el Hotel Barceló (antiguo Lina), en la capital, incluyó una conferencia, titulada “La Familia Cuna del Éxito”, a cargo del padre José Pastor Ramírez.

Esta actividad tiene por objetivo compartir, degustar y disfrutar fraternalmente como hijos de un mismo padre y al mismo tiempo, apoyar y contribuir a la sostenibilidad de la evangelización a través de los medios de comunicación.

La invocación estuvo a cargo de monseñor Ozoria Acosta, mientras que la bienvenida correspondió al reverendo Montes de Oca.

Al encuentro asistieron sacerdotes de diversas parroquias, empresarios, académicos, comerciantes, propietarios de medios de comunicación,  colaboradores de la iglesia católica y otros representantes de distintos sectores de la vida nacional.

Asimismo el presidente del Patronato San Antonio de Padua, José Grullón y la presidenta Ad-vitan, Doris Santana.

También, la senadora de la provincia Santo Domingo, Cristina Lizardo y los  directores del Instituto Nacional de Auxilios y Viviendas (INAVI), Maritza López y del Instituto Nacional de la Vivienda (INVI), Mayobanex Escoto. 

Reconocimiento

En el acto, monseñor Ozoria Acosta entregó de un obsequio a la Primera Dama, en nombre de la comunidad San Antonio, como signo de gratitud por su apoyo y cercanía al proyecto de evangelización mediático. 

Mensaje

“Como cada año la Parroquia Mediática se asegura de que este evento cuente con un mensaje enjundioso, sustancioso, pertinente y enriquecedor tanto a nivel personal, como a nivel familiar, social y comunitario”, dijeron los organizadores de la gala.

Agregaron que por tal razón destacan y apoyan el valor de la Familia siendo el tema de la conferencia magistral.

Durante su conferencia el padre Ramírez destacó la importancia de vivir vinculado a la familia como base para alcanzar la autorrealización y la santidad.

“Detrás de una persona que es exitosa y ha seguido el sendero del bien, hay una familia que le ha dado las herramientas para lograrlo”, expresó el reverendo.

El evento contó con una participación artística del coro de San Antonio de Padua compuesto por Heiron Estévez y Katian Acosta y las melodías de Huáscar Ariza, Víctor Batista, Danny Pérez y Arelis Cordero.
