Santo Domingo. – La Mesa del Diálogo para la Reforma Electoral, que coordina el Consejo Económico y Social (CES) y la Junta Central Electoral (JCE), concluyó este martes las discusiones sobre la modificación a la Ley 33-18 de Partidos, Agrupaciones y Movimientos Políticos, con 20 disensos y tres consensos parciales.

Durante el décimo encuentro celebrado en la sede del órgano electoral, el miembro titular de la JCE y cocoordinador de la Mesa del Diálogo, Samir Chami Isa, reiteró la importancia de que el Congreso Nacional apruebe lo más rápido posible los dos proyectos de las leyes 33-18 y 15-19 sobre Partidos, Agrupaciones y Movimientos Políticos y de Régimen Electoral, respectivamente.

Informó que actualmente la JCE está envuelta en la revisión del próximo proceso electoral y que sería de mucha importancia para la misma poder contar con estas dos nuevas leyes para los próximos comicios, porque de lo contrario, se tendría que trabajar con las actuales.

“El Senado de la República está esperando ansiosamente esta última parte de este proceso, que prácticamente es una revisión, porque ya nosotros en sesiones anteriores hemos llegado a los disensos y consensos”, indicó Chami Isa antes de iniciar la reunión.

Chami Isa recordó que ya habían llegado a los consensos en los estudios a la Ley de Régimen Electoral, por lo que este encuentro se convirtió en el último para los fines evaluativos de las piezas electorales. 

En la jornada de este martes fueron evaluados 23 disensos relacionados a la Ley 33-18, que en la última reunión celebrada el 25 de mayo del año en curso, habían quedado pendientes para su evaluación.

Al finalizar la reunión, Chami Isa reiteró la propuesta realizada por la JCE de     que los disensos y consensos sean remitidos directamente al Senado de la República.

Se recuerda que la reunión pautada para el 7 de junio fue suspendida por el fallecimiento de Orlando Jorge Mera, ministro de Medio Ambiente y delegado del Partido Revolucionario Moderno ante la JCE.

En el encuentro participaron varios representantes de los partidos, agrupaciones y movimientos políticos acreditados ante la Junta Central Electoral, así como representantes del sector empresarial, laboral y social del país.

    По его словам, жилищная кооперация в России имеет давнюю историю. Дореволюционная Россия была первой в мире по числу кооперативов в мире. Жилищные кооперативы были распространены и в советское время. В пореформенный период был избран американской путь — акцент на ипотеку. Но он себя не оправдал — так как ипотеку получить довольно тяжело и число нуждающихся в качественном жилье сокращается медленно.
