Santo Domingo. – El Instituto Nacional de Formación Técnico Profesional (INFOTEP) certificó a 388 colaboradores del Ayuntamiento de Santo Domingo Este (ASDE), capacitados en ocho áreas formativas con el objetivo de fortalecer los servicios que se ofrecen a la ciudadanía.
En la actividad, que estuvo encabezada por el director general de INFOTEP, Rafael Santos Badía y el alcalde del ASDE, Manuel Jiménez, se entregaron certificados en Desarrollo de Competencias, Habilidades Gerenciales, Ortografía, Redacción de Informes Técnicos, Mandos Medios, Relaciones Humanas, Gestión y Resolución de Conflictos, Trabajo en Equipo y Comunicación en la Cultura Sorda y Lenguaje de Señas.
Rafael Santos Badía manifestó su satisfacción por ser la primera entrega de certificados realizada desde la Dirección Regional Oriental, abierta al público recientemente, como parte de la estrategia de fortalecimiento de la formación técnica profesional.
“Frente a la consciencia de que estamos en el municipio más poblado de la República Dominicana, el INFOTEP dispuso la creación de la Dirección Regional Oriental, que ya ha iniciado sin pérdida de tiempo sus capacitaciones y que en pocos días inauguraremos con la presencia del señor presidente de la República, Luis Abinader”, sostuvo Santos Badía.
Mientras el alcalde Manuel Jiménez valoró los servicios del órgano rector de la formación técnico profesional y destacó el impacto positivo que tienen las capacitaciones en los colaboradores.
“Para poder dar los servicios que la ciudadanía exige y merece necesitamos buenos servidores, capaces, motivados, y con las herramientas que requiere cada oficio”, sostuvo Jiménez.
Con estas acciones INFOTEP y el ASDE demuestran su compromiso de promover la inclusión en los espacios de servicios públicos, evidenciado con la implementación del curso de Comunicación en la Cultura Sorda y Lenguaje de Señas.

Estas capacitaciones forman parte de un acuerdo firmado por el director general de INFOTEP, Rafael Santos Badía y el alcalde de Santo Domingo Este, Manuel Jiménez, con el objetivo de alcanzar una mayor capacitación de sus munícipes.
