Lisandro Macarrulla acompaña a Neney Cabrera en Jornada de Inclusión Social “Primero Tú” en Pedernales

PEDERNALES. – El ministro de la Presidencia, Lisandro Macarrulla declaró que antes de culminar la presente gestión, el gobierno del presidente Luis Abinader tiene el propósito de cambiar de manera significativa la situación socioeconómica de los habitantes de esta región, “de forma tal que cada uno tenga la oportunidad de alcanzar el desarrollo que se proponga”.

Al participar en la Jornada de Inclusión Social “Primero Tú”, que encabeza el ministro Neney Cabrera, encargado de Proyectos Estratégicos y Programas Especiales de la Presidencia (Propeep), Lisandro Macarrulla, dijo que desde el inicio del gobierno, se definió muy claro que había que luchar contra la exclusión social, “porque este país lamentablemente no ha sabido extender su desarrollo hacia los sectores más vulnerables”.

“Nos propusimos este objetivo y por eso la primera visita del presidente Luis Abinader, y su equipo de gobierno, la hicimos aquí a Pedernales, esta misma provincia que hoy cumple 64 años de su fundación”, indicó el ministro de la Presidencia.

Refiriéndose a las Jornadas de Inclusión Social “Primero Tú” , el funcionario precisó que acciones como estas son necesarias, puntuales e importantísimas, por lo que, “dentro de unos años no habrá la necesidad de hacerla, porque todos estos servicios que trae hoy el ministro Neney Cabrera, junto a las demás instituciones del Estado que le acompañan y las autoridades locales, la vamos a tener de forma permanente”.

Puntualizó que precisamente el propósito del presidente Luis Abinader, y los funcionarios que “con orgullo lo representamos aquí, hoy, nos hemos hecho acompañar de las autoridades locales, sin importar a la parcela política que pertenezcan, porque nosotros hemos asumido un compromiso de nación, no un compromiso político”.

Exhortó a las personas asistentes a la jornada de Inclusión Social “Primero Tú” que aprovechen los servicios que se ofrecen en la misma.

De su lado, el ministro Neney Cabrera, encargado de Proyectos Estratégicos y Programas Especiales de la Presidencia (Propeep), informó que durante el primer trimestre de este año, “hemos realizado quince Jornadas de Inclusión Social “Primero Tú”, acción social que ha permitido al Gobierno beneficiar a más de 40 mil dominicanos y dominicanas”.

Al conversar con los asistentes, Neney Cabrera les explicó cada uno de los beneficios que recibirán, como la Tarjeta Supérate y el seguro Senasa, los cuales dijo se entregan a las personas que lo necesitan, así como todos los servicios que ofrece el gobierno desde Propeep.

Instituciones participantes

Las jornadas cuentan con la participación de más de 12 instituciones del gobierno, las cuales brindan sus servicios de manera gratuita, entre estas, el Consejo Nacional de la Discapacidad (Conadis), el Servicio Nacional de Salud (SNS), el Seguro Nacional de Salud (Senasa), Promese-Cal, el Instituto Nacional de Estabilización de Precios (Inespre).

Además, el Consejo Nacional para Envejecientes (Conape), los Comedores Económicos del Gobierno, Ministerio de Trabajo, Instituto Nacional de Integración de Atención a la Primera Infancia (Inaipi), Escuelas Vocacionales de las FF.AA. y la Policía Nacional, Infotep, Policía Juvenil y Comunitaria, Itla, entre otras.

Los servicios ofrecidos fueron: estudios para la detección del cáncer cérvico uterino, mama y de próstata, medicina general, urología y otras especialidades, registro de jóvenes interesados en ingresar a la policía Juvenil, y para optar por cursos técnicos, la facilitación de becas de estudios, registración en el programa del primer empleo.

Asimismo, la inscripción al seguro nacional de salud subsidiado, pensión solidaria, tarjeta Supérate, y el acompañamiento para poder iniciar el proceso del Registro Civil Tardío, a quienes lo soliciten.

También, fueron obsequiadas cientos de raciones de comida cocinada, preparadas por los Comedores Económicos, una cesta con productos de la canasta familiar, kits de
