Capacitación sobre la Ley 176-07 a empleados de Alcaldía de Barahona Reciben

Barahona.- Encargados de departamentos, supervisores, el jefe del cuerpo de bomberos, policía municipal y todo el personal de oficina de la alcaldía de Barahona recibieron una capacitación sobre la Ley 176-07,  que regula todas las actividades y funcionamiento del Distrito Nacional, Municipios y Distritos Municipales del país.

La capacitación fue impartida por el Doctor Manuel De la Cruz, director general de la UASD Recinto Barahona, quien tiene vasta experiencia en el manejo y conocimiento de dicha ley. La  misma se llevó a cabo en el aula virtual del recinto en una jornada de cuatro horas consecutivas.

De acuerdo al Alcalde Míctor Fernández,el objetivo de capacitar a los empleados sobre la ley 176-07, es para que se empoderen aún más de sus funciones y rol como servidores públicos, y para que los servicios que brindan a la ciudadanía sea con el más alto nivel de calidad y eficiencia, porque es una de las metas de su gestión.

La UASD Recinto Barahona y la Alcaldía firmaron un acuerdo de colaboración con miras a realizar capacitaciones, talleres y otras actividades educativas que ayuden a elevar el nivel de preparación de los empleados del cabildo. Ya que dentro de las funciones universitarias está la extensión, que es unir lazos con la sociedad.
