Ayuntamiento Municipal de Barahona convoca a Proceso Comparación de Precios para Compra de Lámparas
Barahona.- El Ayuntamiento Municipal ha convocado proceso de comparación de precios público nacional para adquirir 340 lámparas de 120W para la iluminación de la entrada de Barahona y avenida Enriquillo. El proceso quedó abierto en la página de compras y contrataciones públicas, y en el portal del ayuntamiento desde este lunes 13 de septiembre del presente año.
El período para realizar consultas por parte de los interesados es hasta el 16 septiembre, el plazo para emitir respuesta por parte del Comité de Compras y Contrataciones del cabildo es hasta el 20 del presente, la recepción de las propuestas técnicas y económicas será el día 22, en horario de 10:00 am/ 12:00 pm, la apertura de las propuestas se realizará el 23 septiembre a las 12:00 del medio día.
Las informaciones del llamado de comparación de precios para la compra de luminarias fueron ofrecidas por la Licda. Luz Rodríguez, encargada de compras de la alcaldía, quien además hizo hincapié en la transparencia con que se llevan a cabo cada uno de los procesos de licitación, ya que este es uno de los pilares en que se fundamenta la gestión del Lic. Míctor Fernández, alcalde de Barahona.
El pliego de condiciones estará disponible en la sede central del Ayuntamiento Municipal de Barahona, ubicada en Calle 30 de Mayo No. 32, Barahona, RD, en horario de 9:00 a.m. a 2:00 p.m., y en la página web de la institución www.ayuntamientobarahona.gob.do, para todos los interesados.
El oferente que adquiera el pliego de condiciones a través de la página web de la institución, www.ayuntamientobarahona.gob.do, deberá enviar un correo electrónico a l.rodriguez@ayuntamientobarahona.gob.do o en su defecto, notificar al Departamento de Compras y Contrataciones del Ayuntamiento Municipal de Barahona sobre la adquisición del mismo, a los fines de que se tenga conocimiento de su interés en participar.
